Narumi defends Mikan and Natsume from the Fuukitai chasing them. Natsume grabs Mikan and starts running. Mikan tells Natsume that Narumi is alone (and will need help). Natsume tells her that the only thing she needs to do right now is run.

Somebody came to the High School principal's office and informed the High School Principal about Mikan and Natsume’s situation. Everyone suddenly looked worried.

Meanwhile, Narumi has ended up hurting his left arm from holding off the men chasing them. Narumi is confronted by Rui, the dangerous abilities member with the Curse alice. He used his ability to trap Narumi to get caught by the Fuukitai. However, before they can even touch him, an electric shock stops them. Narumi turns around to see Jinno-sensei standing behind him.

The next scene, Hayate just woke up at the school court yard. He was trying to remember why he is sleeping there after eating a cake. He also felt like he needs to do something important. At that instant he spotted a Fuukitai member carrying several students. One of them he immediately recognizes as Hotaru. She is unconscious.

Hayate overheard them talking about what they're going to do with Hotaru, Ruka, and the others. They said that Hotaru and Ruka will be punished heavily for their actions. As they mention other things about her, Hayate becomes more and more irritated until he finally jumps out and attacks them.

Mikan and Natsume are still running to their destination. She worries about the safety of her friends.
When they reached the Middle School Principal's place, Natsume holds her hand tightly and still won't let go. To sum it all up, he tells her that he wants to become an adult right at this moment and run away with her...forever.
With those words, Mikan begins to cry. Natsume looks away and straightforward, but the look on his face shows he's serious.

Mikan: "......Me too..."
Mikan’s thoughts: “I don't want to let go...I don't want to let go of this hand..........!”

 

Before Mikan can say anything more, Kakitsubata-sempai appears. She welcomes them and brings them to where the Middle School Principal’s office. The Middle School Principal greets them as they went inside. Mikan begins to wonder why exactly they were brought there. She tells Mikan that she was brought there because of the Elementary School Principal. She also tells her the news about Hotaru being transferred to a foreign country. She fills in the detail of her being chosen as a special trainee student to be officially sent to a foreign country’s experiment laboratory. It is also not definite as to how long she will be staying there but she explains that it might be a year or two. She added that because of the rebellion and the resistance of Hotaru in the process, she would be sent immediately with or without her consent.

Middle School Principal: “She would be forcefully sent there without delay it seems…She at least want to say goodbye to you, so she hurriedly resisted and ran away to meet you. It is really like her to do things in such a way.”

Mikan didn’t take the news well. She fainted and Natsume catches her. Mikan remembers Hotaru telling her to run away before she tries to stand with Natsume assisting her.

But if that weren't enough of a shocker, the Middle School Principal also breaks the news that everyone who took part of the rebellion is under suspension and will be severely punished when decided and Ruka, who is said to be one of the leaders of the rebellion together with Hotaru, is still missing. She also told them that if Ruka is found he will be given severe punishment.

Meanwhile, Narumi and Jinno-sensie went to the High School Principal's office. Subaru was told to heal Narumi's arm. Narumi-sensie was confused why Jinno-sensie helped him but before he culd ask more Jinno-sensie explained to him everything.

Jinno-sensie:”I’m sure that a lot of people must have noticed. We feel the same way as the High School Principal. We are now moving in the shadows to stop the real plans of the Elementary School Principal. You can say it’s something like a team. Up until now, I have severed the role of observing the Elementary School Principal’s movements. Let’s talk about the details while tending your wounds.

Yuka on the other hand stands behind a wall to hide. She looks dreadfully worried about all this.
The last scene shows Hayate carrying Hotaru away.

Hayate-kun is a member of the Dangerous abilities class. He has the Air Control alice. He's in the same class as Tsubasa-senpai. He is 15 years old and has a huge crush on Hotaru because she resembles his all-time favorite game characters named Cool Blue Sky.

The chapter opens with Natsume recalling the time he was running away after embracing Mikan.

Natsume: "I'll definitely find him...and things about you as well..."

    The scene then switches to where Yuka, Sakurano, Subaru, and the High School Principal are (possibly in the High school Principal’s office). Yuka looks hurt and is cleaning herself up. The High School Principal asked Yuka why she decided to come back.

        Yuka: "I came here...to take Mikan away from this school."

    She explains that she doesn’t want her daughter to go through the same things she had to go through in the past realizing that they’re both the same. She does not want the past tragedy to repeat itself.

    The scene again changed to Narumi calling out Mikan, who is with Hotaru and the others, at the hallway. Mikan immediately ran and hugged Narumi. He was surprised of her reaction upon seeing him. She, on the other hand was still worried about the time she used her alice to heal his arm. Narumi comforts her back, telling her that he's sorry for worrying her.

    He then asked her if she's ready to hear what he was about to say. He asked if she'll believe in him whatever it is he will tell her.

        Mikan: "What happened, Sensei? Naturally, I will."

    As Narumi walks away from Mikan, she waved good-bye to him. He then saw Misaki-sensei looking at him wearing a seriously worried expression. Narumi looked away, as he passed Misaki-sensei.

    Jinno-sensei looked at Narumi as well, as he was handling his students.

    Meanwhile, Luna looks out the window and puts on that usual devilish grin. She seems to be up to something.

    Iincho, Nonoko, and Mikan are rushing through the halls. Iincho lagging behind Mikan tells her to wait for them, but Mikan counters that she's in a hurry because she promised to meet up with Narumi-sensei.

    Running, Mikan bumped into somebody, not wanting to offend the person, instantaneously apologized. She was shocked upon knowing that the person she bumped into was Luna. Seeing Mikan, she "innocently" smiled at the three of them.

        STUDENT 1: "Oh no, are you okay, Koizumi-san?!"

        STUDENT 2: "Be careful! That girl over there is the girl with the Steal alice, isn't she...? Is your alice taken?!"

    Luna acknowledged that she's okay, but also brought up last year’s incident when students’ alices kept on disappearing. She then reveals to everyone that Mikan is the criminal's daughter.

    Conversely, Hotaru and Ruka saw the black marks on both student's necks. They easily figured out that the students are under Luna's control.

    Three middle school boys came and taunted Mikan, saying everything was fine until she appeared and called her a God of plague.

    Mikan, offended by what they said, was on the verge of fighting back when, Misaki-senpai (Tsubasa's friend) comes from behind and kicked the boys on the head, annoyed with them for thinking that they're higher than anyone else.

    Misaki tells Mikan to go after Luna. She knows what Luna's alice is and if Tsubasa were there with them, she assured her that, he'd surely do the same.

    Between Mikan and Misaki's conversation, Luna used a great amount of her alice to control one of the boys to hurt Misaki from behind but Mikan reaches out and stops the boy in time.

    Mikan tries to deny it. But the boy jerks away from her saying that his alice was stolen. Mikan once again starts to explain that she used the Nullification alice in stopping him.

    But, in the middle of the squabble, one of the members of the Fuukitai (the control team established under the leadership of the new student body president--Goshima) yanks her by the arm and pulls her away from everyone. Hotaru, Ruka, and the rest of Mikan's close friends called and ran after Mikan and her captor.

    Thereafter, Narumi gets a phone call at the teacher’s faculty room about what happened to Mikan. Jinno-sensei and Misaki- sensei were also there with him.

    On the other hand, Mikan was brought to the Elementary School Principal's office, along with the Dangerous Abilities class. The principal welcomes her and explains to her that having the Steal Alice, they made a mistake in which class she was placed.

        Principal: "We're welcoming you. Now, as a dangerous ability member, as my...precious 'favorite'..."

    The following scene has no dialogue, but we can see the principal standing near a side table with Persona on his right together with the other dangerous ability students; Luna, standing at the door; Nobara, with the others and Mikan, at the center of everyone with her captor, all together in the same room. Looking at Persona, Mikan caught the shivers (got scared of him).

    Meanwhile, Narumi is frantically rushing towards the Elementary School Principal’s office. Doing so, he remembers what Jinno-sensei warned him about (see end of chapter 92). He also remembers what Misaki-sensei told him before.

        Misaki-sensei: "Give up already, Naru! Stop those idiotic feelings. Naru!"

    He barges into the office finding Luna and Mikan brawling with each other. Mikan is using her nullification alice and Luna her own alice, while everyone in the room watches the whole scene. Nobara, who is also watching, looks worried about what has transpired before her. From the other side of the room, near the tall glass window, the Elementary School Principal looks up to see Narumi at the door.

    Suddenly, a black stone was formed in Mikan's hand. The Elementary School Principal looked on in amazement. He then tells Mikan that the reason why she was brought in his presence was to test out her alice for all to see. He added that he had Luna attack her to see if she would steal her alice. Then he starts laughing with a crazy expression his face.

    After which, Luna, walking slowly near Mikan, demands her to give back her alice in front of the Elementary School Principal.

    Asserting Mikan by pulling her pigtail, Luna suddenly releases a whole new power which Mikan describes as "terribly ghostly," seeing the way Luna’s eyes became freakish.
